Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Those hours are the same ones already published in the site’s business structured data.
For a shipment already in General Order, have the bill of lading or air waybill and the container or waybill number when you call. For a quote on bonded storage, devanning, drayage, or fulfillment, the quote form collects the same facts we ask for on the phone. Inventory logins are at portal.candcwarehouse.com.
More answers are on the FAQ. Building details are on the facility page.
